One Umbrella is Quebron and Novella, an Austin, TX-based duo who have made a
name for themselves in the local experimental scene. An amalgam of improvisation,
melody and dissonance, structure and abandon, One Umbrella's sound blurs the line
between ambient beauty and chaotic noise.
On the Solve EP, OU present an incredible variety of textures through
the duo's use of a wide arsenal of electronic and acoustic instruments. Elements
of ambient, experimental, glitch, and post-rock intermingle to create their
distinctive sound.
